The Japanese writing system is totally different from English, because it does not use an alphabet. It may be the most difficult part of Japanese to learn, but I think it is also fun and interesting. There are three different types of writing scripts in Japanese.
1. Hiragana (ひらがな) is the main characters commonly used in japanese.
2. Katakana (かたかな）is used to read a letter from a foreign language.
3. Kanji (かんじ）is the Chinese characters used to convey the meaning of the words Deeper than the written text HIRAGANA.
Second Japanese pronounces has only 5 vowels : a, i, u, e, o ( あ,い,う,え,お )
